| What is DNS hosting? DNS stands for Domain Name Server.
Hosting a DNS means that we manage the records associated
with that domain. In layman's terms, there are really
only two records we are concerned with, the web record
and the email record. |
These records tell the world wide web what
to do when they look up your domain, or email your domain. Of course, there is a lot more technical stuff
that goes on, but lets not get into boring details.
Bottom line, we host DNS because most clients
have no idea how important this is. Managing all aspects of your domain with one company simply makes
everything go easier. |
